To qualify for our program, you need to meet two criteria: first, you must be currently serving or have served as one of our heroes; second, you need to work with and finalize your home purchase with us. You can also use our trusted real estate agent partners. That’s all there is to it—no red tape, no hidden fees, and no catches.
You’re not required to use all of our specialists, but the more specialists you work with, the more you can save. Most heroes prefer to take advantage of all the savings available, which is why they choose to collaborate with our network of partners.
On average, heroes save $3,000 when using us and our partners, all at no cost to the hero.
