The process starts by reviewing your financial situation. After review, we will advise you on whether buying a home is possible at this time. If home buying isn’t a good option for you now, we’ll advise you on steps you can take to make a home purchase in the future.
If you are qualified, you will become preapproved. Preapproval makes you more attractive to home sellers and real estate agents because it demonstrates that you have already been vetted and are serious about moving forward.
It’s time to start searching for your dream home. Explore properties that interest you and ask your real estate agent for help. Once you find the right one, we’ll discuss the total costs and monthly payments to ensure you’re comfortable before submitting an offer.
Once your offer on a new home is accepted, we will proceed with the mortgage process. The final step is the closing meeting, where you’ll sign documents. After signing, you’ll receive the keys and officially become a homeowner!
